We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not satisfied with the quality of our products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt(packing slip) or proof of purchase. You can test your product in your car for 30 Days, just make sure it is not damaged or extremely worn out during that period(If item is worn out during that period restoking charges will be deducted from your original payment).
If the item is defective or unresponsive within the established period of warranty for each model, you can contact us for a replacement or refund. You will need to present your proof of purchase. Item must be returned in its original packaging for us to be able to apply a full refund and/or replacement. Your item must also be inspected before proceeding with its replacement, we will not cover any intentional damage or if it's on an intentional damaged state.
We will not cover any return shipping label costs unless the mistake was made on our part. Remember to contact us before proceeding with your return. We will not accept returns without contacting us first.
Ordering Incorrect Bulb Sizes
Please remember to contact us via chat,email or phone if you are not sure which bulb size to order for your vehicle. If you order incorrect bulb size you can return it to our PO BOX.(Contact us first to notify your return. We will not accept returns wihtout first contacting us)

For an exchange or a refund for an incorrect bulb size. A restoking fee will apply for reinspection of our LED bulbs. We will not cover any return shipping charges unless the mistake was made by our part.
Initiating a return
To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via chat at our whatsapp messenger. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
ATALED will not cover return shipping costs. We will only cover the return shipping cost if there is a mistake in sent item by our part, if you order incorrect item size, or wish to return item for any reason, shipping carrier costs will be at customers expense.
Damages and problems
All ATALED bulbs are tested prior to shipment to ensure you receive them in good condition, new and unused. If your item is defective or non-working, you can contact us within a window of 30 days so that we can provide a direct replacement for your LED bulbs. At the time of your inquiry you must send your receipt or proof of purchase and specify the problem you have with your LED bulbs.
It is normal for our support team to ask you for photo or video proofs if necessary, please provide them in a timely manner.
Lost packages/Undelivered Items
All of our orders are dispatched with a tracking number via USPS. Customers are responsible for making sure to write the correct delivery address for their item. We will not be responsible if you enter incorrect address information and your item is not delivered. Returned packages for incorrect information will incur in a restocking fee charge from our part which will be deducted from your original payment.
As you enter your shipping information you have the option to add your phone number and/or signature confirmation to your package. If item is marked as delivered by the USPS but you still did not receive your package you must file a claim to the USPS for lost packages within a 30 Day Period with them. Only if USPS Tracking number marks item as lost and/or undelivered we will take care of the situation and provide you with a replacement and/or refund.
If you have had previous problems with lost packages we recommend using USPS Signature confirmation and/or Priority Mail Services, which will always include insurance for lost items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
