Return policy

If you our bulbs are either not compatible with your vehicle or you are not completely satisfied with the light output or quality of our products you can return them for a full 100% refund within a 30 day window. Item must be returned in it's original packaging and must not show any signs of wear or damage for the return to be accepted. 

You should contact us first via, phone/whatsapp (787-238-3370) or email: info@ataled.com in order to receive instructions on how and where to return your package. We will not accept any returns without contacting us first.

2Year/1 Year Warranty Policy

The warranty of each model is dependent of the manufacturing quality of the model you select for your vehicle and it is established on each product description. If the item is defective or unresponsive during the period of use established for each model you can return them for an exchange for the same item and/or request a refund. Item must be returned in it's original packaging and you must present original receipt/proof of purchase sent inside the package.

The warranty will not cover any intentional damage or labor costs.

Your item will be inspected upon return, if item shows sign of intentional damage, or if its broken or cut it will not pass inspection and we will be unable to issue a refund. We will not cover any return shipping costs unless there is a mistake on our part. 

If your item does pass inspection, we will refund 100% of your money to the same account that you used to issue your payment. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
